What can be better on a winter morning? Fresh pastries, hot coffee, warm scents of freshly baked bread, cinnamon rolls, fruit tarts and huge cream puffs? Parking is a bit tricky but worth driving around the block waiting for an opening. Service is fast, inside seating is abundant.

Gluten free treats like no others I've ever had! Great prices, wonderful variety (coffee cakes, eclairs, meringues, etc.) the staff are cheerful and knowledgeable and the vibe is calm and peaceful. They are happy to have customers linger over coffee or their amazingly delicious hot cocoa while working or chatting with friends. A favorite spot that I visit whenever I'm in Colorado Springs. I'm glad they are not in my town or I would be big as a house!

I've been a regular customer since I was a kid and they were located off Centennial Blvd. & Pinon Valley Rd. I always buy their lemon bars and fruit tarts whenever I want a very good quality dessert and a coffee. I also buy their cookies when I go to visit my friends down the road at La Casita. The bakery has a lovely aroma of butter when you walk in the door. The staff are friendly and prompt. Very very satisfied with Boonzaaijer's Dutch Bakery and will continue to be a regular customer for years to come!

I cannot say enough good things about Boonzaaijer's Dutch Bakery! Their pastries and baked goods are simply amazing--each bite is a delightful experience. I'm currently working with them for my wedding cake, and it has been a fantastic journey. Not only is the cake absolutely delicious, but it's also the most affordable option I found by a mile. The service is attentive and quick, making every visit pleasant. The ambiance feels homey, adding to the charm of this wonderful bakery. The Dutch market is a nice touch, offering unique items that enhance the overall experience. While I did feel a bit nickel-and-dimed during the cake tasting experience, it's understandable given how reasonably priced the cake itself is. The quality and value they offer are unmatched. One thing to note is that parking can be a bit challenging, especially during busy times, but it's a small inconvenience for such an exceptional bakery. Boonzaaijer's Dutch Bakery is a true gem, and I highly recommend them for any of your bakery needs!

My husband and I still love visiting Boonzaaijer's Dutch Bakery whenever we're in the mood for delicious homemade pastries to enjoy with our coffee. My favorites remain the chocolate almond croissants and coffee cake, while my husband continues to enjoy their danish snails. Unfortunately, their website no longer accepts online orders for delivery or pickup, which can be a bit inconvenient given my busy lifestyle. However, ordering by phone or in-person is still an option. We also often stop by to pick up a package of pastries when we have guests staying over, and they always receive raving compliments on the treats. I continue to highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

Pastries are fresh and oh so good. I was a little disappointed in the apricot cookie. Cookie was great, not enough apricot to really taste. Service was very good. Clean place. A must stop for coffee and cake.

Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday from here and everyone was more than happy with the quality and taste. We have always heard amazing things about Boonzaaijer's but haven't went. Now we are so sad we missed out on years of baked goods lol!!
